I just called Aegis Fine Rug Cleaning because I purchased 2 thrifted area rugs I was hoping to get cleaned. These are rugs for my first apartment, so I'm pretty new to rug cleaning and didn't know much going in. Instead of charging me to get these two (very cheap) rugs cleaned, they explained to me what kind of rugs I had, exactly how to deal with wear and tear myself, and a less expensive company to go to. I am so appreciative and will definitely be coming back when I need a nicer rug cleaned! I completely recommend them.
