All our staff are committed, full-time housekeepers who enjoy a fair wage, complete benefits, paid vacation, and a respectful work environment. MoreHands started 20 years ago with a vision for happy, relaxed, well-cared-for Texans and their housekeepers. Since then, the business has grown to include the whole family: sisters, brothers, in-laws, and cousins.
Your recurring price depends on the size of your home. You can decide which add-ons to include on a visit by visit basis, and your price changes accordingly. You can schedule your recurring cleanings as weekly, every two weeks, or every three weeks. You can select a window of time when the housekeepers can arrive (because we clean many houses a day, we cannot set specific appointment times). If you need to reschedule, that's no problem! Reschedule for free before 3:00 PM the day before your cleaning.

3.5 stars. I'm fairly satisfied with the service. I've never had a cleaner come before. 2 people came. I loved that i could do all the arranging on line, and the text updates. The ETA was 1038, they arrived at 1108. left at about 1pm. I have a 3 bedroom 1 bath 1500sf house, and 1 very shedding dog. I mostly was looking for clean floors and counter tops.
The counter tops are great. I was very pleased with the kitchen clean in general, very thorough. Same with bathroom. Nice little touches like folding the towels and arranging the blankets and throw pillows. They vacuumed the couches and between/under the cushions. I wasn't very happy with the floors. I have some area rugs and bog beds on the floor.
These were cleaned around, instead of moved and cleaned under. Next time i would pick everything off the ground myself to be sure they are cleaned. Under the bed was not cleaned, just the first foot or so. My bed linens were not changed, but i hadn't left anything out for them to change, so maybe that is why.

We used morehands for a few months and had nothing but wonderful experiences with them and the thoroughness and kindness of the maids that came. unfortunately though, our passports were stolen by one of the maids. they were laid out on our counter as we were in the process of renewing one of them as we had an upcoming trip, and when we came back they were gone. we have since moved and gone through everywhere they could possibly be, otherwise i wouldn't be writing this if i didn't know for sure.
I also wouldn't be writing this review if we had been able to talk to management about it, but after a few emails and attempts to talk about it, no response. even though there was no way for them to prove it on their end, any kind of response would've been better than ignoring it. even an "I'm sorry" or an attempt to investigate. nothing. it cost us a lot of money to cancel the trips since we were not able to get passports on time after that. and additional money to try and expedite.
I write this to warn others to be cautious when using this company, to not leave valuables laying out and to have cameras if there are valuables that must be out. we were very disappointed and frustrated that this happened and that it was not even attempted to be handled or apologized for.

I had MoreHands come twice to clean my house. Both times, it seemed more like a superficial clean. I have 3 pets (2 super shedders), so I needed a deeper clean than I was getting. Both times after they left, I still found clumps of fur on the carpets. I also noticed that they just didn't dust certain shelves or all the railings. After providing feedback, I was informed by an employee via email that they exceeded the time allowed for each visit and were hoping the time actually went down in the future.
So not only was it not an adequate clean, they were hoping they spent even less time at my house during subsequent visits. I feel like a responsible business would have contacted me and just explained that more time was needed. We could have then worked out an hourly payment plan or something. Instead, they were fine doing a mediocre clean job. All this being said, for a family that does not have multiple shedding pets this service would probably be fine.

We requested move-out service for our apartment. After they left, we discovered that they broke a lightbulb in the socket and the pendant for the fixture was missing. The carpet (which had 3+ years of wear and tear from humans and pets) had what appear to be new large muddy footprints. Additionally, the vertical blinds were damaged, they didn't clean under the drip pans, and they shut off the AC when they left (Houston in late May). This is terrible service and I would strongly recommend avoiding them.

Updated Review 10/15/20 If I could give this company zero stars, I absolutely would. As for the "many factors" that prevented this company from coming back to do the job they were contracted to do: the company did email that the crew was coming on the 5th and the "factor" was that nobody would be able to let them in (which is why you schedule and not assume random strangers can go into a home at whatever time is convenient).
When we did schedule a time on the 9th, I told them a contractor would be onsite on that day and not to park in the driveway. The "factor" was a contractor at the location. Now, I understand they might not want to clean when a contractor is there, but again this is why we scheduled them, initially, to clean when the home was empty. Eventually we were going to have to move in and people would be in the home.
We quickly realized there would continue to be issues with this company and after going round and round with Rob, I agreed to a partial refund where I got 60 bucks back and cut my losses. At this point, I decided that I couldn't get my time back, a full refund, or a house cleaned competently. We needed to move in and would just have to hire someone else. After partial refund we paid approx $160 for our above reviewed wipe down. I would pay twice that amount to never have to deal with a company like this ever again.

Consistently the best cleaning service I've ever had - ever. The office is communicative with me and the price literally can't be beat. My cleaning team (shout out to Jessica Claudia!) are so friendly and really put nice touches on everything they do - from arranging the pillows on the bed to rolling up my throw blankets and rearranging my counter.
My house is spotless, nothing has ever been misplaced, broken or damaged. I will never look anywhere else. I also appreciate that the times I can't be home, the team seamlessly works with my front desk to get keys and come and go. I trust them 100%. My home is just about 1,100 sq ft and they are done in around 2 hours.

Used this service twice for move-out cleaning, would totally do it a third time if I needed it, and recommend it to personal friends. The key thing is I love how communicative Randy and the team are, they send photos of anything they find (which is really nice in move-out situations, since you might not go back to the unit). And provide status updates, what time they enter and leave.
Also very accommodating, responsive on the phone for any questions or requests. And highlighting the value, I feel is very worth, to pay a reasonable price to erase the worries of move-out cleaning, when moving can already be a stressful event.

MoreHands is the best in the business, hands down. We have been through a few service providers in the DFW area over the past decade and have happily been with MoreHands since 2016. I love that they don't have an initial cleaning fee. I love how Randy is SUPER responsive. I love how friendly the staff is when they come over. I work from home so I extra appreciate how they sometimes have to work around my work.
I also love how the staff is so friendly and loving of our pets. They are always on time and have never missed a service date. The staff does top quality work and are always upbeat and nice. It's obvious they take pride in their work and are happy employees. Hats off to the staff and management of MoreHands. We will stay with them as long as we live in DFW.

I've used numerous cleaners over the past 8 years and I must say that MoreHands Maid is hands down my absolute favorite company. Randy and the team takes care of my apartment on a bi-weekly bases and they do a phenomenal job. I find a lot of comfort every time I come home, after a long day at work, to my clean apartment. There are usually 2-3 ladies that come to take care of your home.
They work very efficiently and are extremely detailed oriented. Besides for the cleaning, MoreHand Maid makes it very easy to schedule, reschedule, and make payments online. I highly recommend this company. They also have a special rate for you to try them out!

Prompt and courteous email and text replies and updates, service team showed up on time and worked efficiently to clean my home pretty much up to my picky standards. Placed looked, felt, and smelled clean afterwards. The company I've been using has been hit or miss, with more "misses" lately so I'm thrilled to find my new go-to. They happily obliged my specific requests (shoe covers indoors, special counter cleaner I provided), and included a few touches I normally have to request / remind other companies to do (ceiling fans, under beds, vacuum couches). I have used MoreHands at two different apartment complexes now and have nothing but high praises! The booking process is super easy and there is not a better feeling than coming home to a clean home. Their attention to detail is beyond something I could do myself and is much appreciated. They also notify you the morning of the service what time they are expected to be at your home and then sent another text when they are on their level. That extra touch is much appreciated when needing to plan your day out.

The price for my space was reasonable. I appreciated the fact that you can schedule online and have reoccurring cleanings at 1 week, 2 weeks, or 3 weeks. I wish there was a month option. Also, the cleaning I got was just okay. Spoke with MoreHands and they were willing to come out to fix (I was just not available). I find it rather impressive that a company was willing to come back.

I have been using this company for about a year now. They do a fabulous job. We have 2 dogs and there is hair everywhere when they show up. When they leave, you would never even know there was a dog living there. My house is sparkling clean as if it was brand new when they are finished. I would use them weekly if I could afford it, but for now every 3 weeks works wonders.
We recently moved and they did a move out cleaning and WOW! Every corner of the house was scrubbed from top to bottom. It ensured I received every penny of my deposit back. I love their work so much that I have transferred the service to my new house. The workers are professional and thorough and respect areas of the house you don't want them to be in as well as pay extra attention to areas that you need them to. I will use this service as long as my budget allows it :-

I tried to book a deep cleaning and did so but my client only just received a new credit card late yesterday because the previous one was compromised. I called today to speak to the lady with whom I booked the service. She was not in and I chose not to give my client's credit card info to someone else. She called me back and said that tomorrow's cleaning was cancelled because they didn't have the credit card information on the record.
I will never ever ever attempt to use this company again. Hugely unprofessional and I had absolutely no intention of giving my client's credit card information to some random employee. Shame on you!

If I could leave no star, I would. We used the NE location, and they are absolutely terrible. We had multiple times where I had to clean after they left, including one time when they didn't even pick up the pieces of trash and paper in my son's room, nor did they mop (or if they did, they left spots all over our floor). But, I signed up for recurring service, so I wanted to honor the contract. Then, today, I am being charged $50 for cancelling, despite not receiving their email until this morning, due to it going to a junk folder.
I received a reply back from Diana in their office, who informed me I must have opened the email at a certain time with a very snarky reply. I can tell you that not only will I be spreading the word to everyone we know to never use this service, I am reviewing them on here and will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau for their terrible practices. Do yourself a favor and book someone else. These people are over priced, second rate and rude.

This company had two chances and they blew both of them. I've had a hard time finding a good, reliable, professional and detailed cleaning service and apparently my search will continue. I called and spoke with someone to get some information about how to get cleaning services, what was included, prices, etc. I brought up that I had pets and asked if upholstery was vacuumed.
I was told there was a $10 pet fee for each visit which would cover extra cleaning due to pets like vacuuming upholstery, extra dusting, etc. Ok, great. With 3 cats, you expect that. I was excited - they sounded like a good fit. On their first visit, I left a note with a few things I had already told them over the phone, mainly just specific stuff that needed to be done which wasn't by other companies like vacuuming the carpet around/under the litter box and dusting the lampshades, and to please be careful with a handmade wooden bath tray.
I came home, everything seemed pretty good except the bath tray wasn't cleaned as I had requested. After every visit, the company sends you an emailed receipt along with a survey for feedback. I chose "good" and mentioned the bath tray. I received an email back the next day from the owner or management or whoever, and they told me they got my note, they translated it, and said oh - you only asked us to be careful with it.
As if it's my fault. I quickly responded that asking for diligence doesn't mean don't clean the thing. It's a surface just like a counter or sink that needs to be wiped down and cleaned. Or at least I thought. Today they came again, and I had high hopes. Boy was I wrong. My couch, chairs and cushions weren't vacuumed. Lampshades weren't dusted.
Coffee rings remained on the bathroom counter as well as dust and general bathroom sink buildup (see the picture!), the bathroom tray was yet again not cleaned. Even though I specifically asked for it, the carpet underneath and around the litter boxes was not cleaned. There was trash on the bedroom floor and bedroom window sills, so I know the sills weren't dusted or cleaned.
They cleaned some dishes in the kitchen but not others, the kitchen table was barely wiped down and was still grimy. They even left me a parting gift of a blue plastic cup on my unclean bath tray. Thanks! My home is barely cleaned besides the floors! I paid $90 just to have my floors cleaned? Screw that. Don't use this company. They're a joke with careless employees and owners/managers who will try to blame you for their errors.

We have been using for almost a year now, and love this service. The crew arrives promptly as scheduled and does a fantastic job. Our house is a MESS when they get here - we have a toddler and two dogs, enough said - and when I get home in the afternoon after a cleaning, it is a serene oasis. I appreciate that they work easily by phone or by email. They've been great about accommodating special requests. They are regularly in touch about the service. Would definitely recommend to others.

We recently had our first experience with MoreHands Maids to clean our home. A team of 3 ladies (Mari, Gabi, & Eva) arrived and did an amazing job. I would like to share a few of the positive things that we observed from this company. 1. They not only covered the basics, but everything was thoroughly cleaned. 2. They worked well as a team, thus could accomplish more in a shorter amount of time. 3.
There was great communication from the scheduler regarding our reserved time shot. 4. The ladies took the time to add a few extra touches. For Example: The Kleenex was folded nicely on the dispenser, the spare blankets were folding and placed in a unique way, as opposed to the usual "fold over the back of the couch", and even the toilet paper had a nice fold on the end.
The extra little touches are something I enjoy doing when for guests. I never requested, nor expected these "special little touches" in our home. But, they were greatly appreciated and definitely noticed. 5. They brought an ample supply of their own cleaning products. Thus, we keep more of our own for a later time. 6. The team was very kind and attentive to our requests.

This service a rip off. They send a new crew every time. The owner is greedy. We agreed to a certain price. Never once did he mention that if the cleaning took more than two hours he would charge more. After he had my business for a couple of months he got greedy and he kept calling and kept complaining constantly on how it was taking more time. I had the last straw when at the last cleaning he just told the maids to leave and they left the house halfway clean because two hours were up. He's cheating his clients. Avoid this service

This review is WAY past due (sorry Rob!). We used MHM for a move out clean back in Dec of 2015 and let me say hands down this was the BEST clean I've ever had in any home and I am super super picky. To this day I have yet to get my floors in my new home (in austin) that clean. Thank you to the crew for your very thorough and professional clean. I also found it to be really good value for the work performed.

Used them for a couple of years and the quality varied wildly with the teams sent out. One team bent every drain stopper (sinks) in each bathroom, one team skipped hard to see places so we did not find out until a few days later, one team was fantastic and we requested them until they both quit. Management has gone downhill as far as helpfulness and the second time I got "stood up" for a cleaning because after I called and (did not have the time or inclination to do it online, and the manager does not like that.
Yes he told me to go online) I switched to another company and am happy I did. Sad I waited so long to switch, but once you get accustomed to a service provider it takes a lot to change even after repeated poor experiences.

I've been using Morehands for 8 months or so, and overall, I'm happy. In general, most of the cleanings have been pretty thorough, but some teams are better than others. For whatever reason, they send a different team to my house every time, which probably contributes to some of the inconsistencies. I do a half house cleaning, plus one room, and it costs ~$100 every 3 weeks. Prices are lower for more frequent cleanings.

They do take email feedback after each cleaning, where you can vocalize anything they missed. They're pretty responsive to any concerns in writing.
